Mensatek is the omnichannel communication and trust services platform of ASETEC Ingeniería de Sistemas, S.L. —owner of the registered trademark MENSATEK—, a private, independent, fully Spanish-owned engineering company founded in 1998 and based in Madrid. More than two decades building systems for other companies taught us one thing: when it matters, technology is only worth something if you can prove what it did.
Today's platform grew from that conviction: the SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, emails, calls and push alerts of thousands of businesses go out through here every day; and when a communication has to stand as proof, we certify it, sign it or timestamp it with an evidence report that stands on its own.
We don't sell messages or signatures: we deliver the peace of mind of being able to prove,
years later, what was said, who said it and when.
We operate as a Trust Service Provider and issue Qualified Timestamps under the European eIDAS Regulation. In addition, certificates are sealed by two qualified trust service providers (Mensatek and the FNMT), so the evidence never depends on a single party.
