Choose what to certify

When a conversation matters —an authorisation, a quote, a complaint— you ask for it to be certified at any time during the following month. Only the ones you choose are certified.

The whole conversation is sealed with date and time by two qualified trust service providers, Mensatek and the FNMT (Spain's Royal Mint): who said what, when and with which documents, ready to present to third parties.

Every message in the thread —sent and received— with its full content, the files exchanged and the date and time of each one, as the platform recorded them when they happened, plus the qualified timestamp of the certification. On request, voice messages can also be transcribed.

No. Your customer chats on WhatsApp as usual, with nothing to install and no change in how they write to you. Certification happens on our platform, on your company's side.

The evidence is sealed by two qualified trust service providers —Mensatek and the FNMT— under the eIDAS Regulation, recognised across the European Union and with full evidential value.

One month. During the month after the conversation you can ask for it to be certified; at that point the whole thread is sealed, with every message and its date and time as the platform recorded them. The conversation's files are only kept for that time and, once they are deleted, it can no longer be certified, so if a conversation may end up in a claim, don't wait.
