Salesforce integration
Send by SMS, WhatsApp, email, RCS or voice from the customer record in Salesforce and see on that same record what happened, with the certificate stored next to the customer. Also from lists and campaigns, or automatically with Flow when something happens in Salesforce. A technician installs it, so the first step is to talk to us. Its screens inside Salesforce are currently available in Spanish only.
Notifications plugin for WooCommerce
The notifications plugin for WooCommerce tells your customer about each step of the order without you having to do anything: when the order comes in, when it is paid, when it leaves the warehouse or when it is cancelled. You choose which statuses send a notice, on which channel and with what text, with the order data included (number, amount, customer name).
- A notice for each status change, with the text you write for each one.
- The channel you choose for each notice: SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email, voice call or push notification.
- Automatic fallback: you choose up to three channels in order and, if delivery fails on the first, the notice is retried on the next.
- A notice to you with each new order, on your phone, so you find out without checking your email.
- Automatic international prefix: the plugin adds it to the customer's phone number based on the order's country, and you decide whether to send outside Spain as well.
- A notice when you add a note to the order, so the customer sees what you tell them without logging in to their account.
- Your brand as the sender, so the customer knows who the message is from.
Notices are paid with your account's credits —SMS from €0.029 depending on the pack— and the plugin has no fee. See all the prices and packs.
Version 3.0.0, for WordPress 6.0 or later with WooCommerce 8.0 or later. It is in your customer panel, under Herramientas → Plugins e Integraciones (Tools → Plugins and Integrations). No account yet? Sign-up is free.
Live chat for WordPress
The live chat plugin puts the chat on your WordPress site by pasting your site's token, without touching the theme's code. If the visitor is already logged in to your website, the agent sees them identified —with a verified signature if you set the site secret— and, if you use WooCommerce, also sees their orders and spending while helping them. The plugin's settings screen is in Spanish.
Conversations are handled from the same panel as WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and email, so there is no separate inbox. The chat costs €17.50 a month with three agents, trained AI and 500 conversations included.
Version 1.0.0, for WordPress 6.0 or later. It is in your customer panel, under Herramientas → Plugins e Integraciones (Tools → Plugins and Integrations). No account yet? Sign-up is free.
Notice and chat modules for PrestaShop
The notifications module for PrestaShop does the same as the WooCommerce one: a notice for each order status, up to three channels in order so one backs up the other, a notice to you with each new order and another to the customer when you write to them from the order page. On that same page you see what was sent, on which channel and how many credits it used. It works with PrestaShop 1.7.7, 8 and 9.
The chat module follows the same idea as the WordPress one: install it, paste the token and the chat appears in the shop. Agents reply from the panel, with the conversation history stored alongside the other channels.
Notices: version 1.0.0, for PrestaShop 1.7.7, 8 and 9. Chat: version 1.0.0, for PrestaShop 1.7 and 8. Both are in your customer panel, under Herramientas → Plugins e Integraciones (Tools → Plugins and Integrations). No account yet? Sign-up is free.
Using another platform? The API
If your shop runs on Magento, Shopify, a custom ERP or your own development, you do not need a plugin: every service is available through the REST API, with statuses sent back to your webhook. With omnichannel sending, one notice can go out on several channels in order, so you reach each customer on the one that works without changing provider.
The most common uses are order and delivery notices, appointment reminders, OTP codes at sign-up or payment, and certified notifications when the communication has to be provable later.
What you need to start with a plugin
- A Mensatek account. Sign-up is free, with no fees or commitment, and if you register as a business it includes trial credits.
- Your sender. The name your customer will see in the SMS; you set it in the panel.
- The plugin installed. Download it from your customer panel (Herramientas → Plugins e Integraciones), upload it from your shop's plugin or module manager and fill in the API user and token, which you will find under Configuración → Configuración API (Settings → API settings) in the panel. If your shop is hosted outside Spain, authorise its server's IP under Configuración → Seguridad (Settings → Security).
- A test. Place a test order and check the notice on your phone before going live.
