A connector between Salesforce and Mensatek
The Salesforce integration connects your org to your Mensatek account so your team does not have to leave the customer record: the recipient comes from the record, you choose the channel and the template or PDF, and the result comes back to that same record. It uses the senders, templates and credits you already have in your account.
Where you send from
- A button on the record of a contact, lead, account, opportunity or case. The recipient comes from the record and you choose the channel and the template or PDF.
- A selection in a list: up to 200 selected contacts or leads, without creating a campaign, with each one's first name, last name and company in the text.
- Campaigns: from the campaign record, without repeating anyone who already got the message. Before sending, it tells you how many members have no mobile number or email.
- Large campaigns: bulk mode in blocks for SMS, email, WhatsApp, RCS and voice. It applies above 5,000 members, a limit you can change. Certified messages always go one by one.
- Automations with Flow: one action per channel. For example, when an opportunity is won, send the contact a certified SMS. Contracts can also be cancelled and resent.
What you see in Salesforce
- History on the record: messages and calls together, by date, with their status and actions.
- Live statuses: sent, delivered, opened, replied, accepted, signed, rejected, expired or error.
- Real sender: each message shows the sender it actually went out with.
- Certificates: stored automatically as a file of the message and of the record, and downloadable from the history. For a signed contract you get the certificate and the signed copy.
- Voice calls: record, listen to and certify the call within the following 30 days. Before certifying you see the price and the days left; if the certificate cannot be issued, you are not charged.
- Campaigns: a chart by status, each member's result with a filter and a button to resend to those that failed.
- Reports and activity dashboard: sends by channel and status, credits by channel and month, credits by user, campaign messages and bulk sends by campaign.
Replies and conversation on the record
When someone replies to an SMS, WhatsApp or RCS message, whoever sent it gets a notification in the Salesforce bell and on their phone. The conversation is visible on the record and you can reply by WhatsApp, while the 24-hour window is open, or by SMS.
To reply by SMS you need a receiving number exclusive to your account: nobody can reply to a text sender, such as your brand name.
Opt-outs are respected automatically
Anyone who opts out of a channel stops receiving advertising through it from Salesforce. Opt-outs are copied every night to your contacts and leads, channel by channel. Certified notifications, contracts, codes and push notices still go out, because they are not advertising.
OTP codes inside your processes
- Verify a contact's mobile number or email.
- Check who is calling support: the customer reads out the code and the agent validates it.
- Confirm sensitive operations inside a flow, such as a change of bank details.
Phone system: who is calling and what happened
If you use the Mensatek phone system, this part is activated separately. When a call comes in, the Mensatek apps and console open the caller's record, and the AI assistant greets them by name and knows their open cases. After the call, a task is left in Salesforce with the duration, the extension, the summary and the recording. And to call, one click on the record is enough: the user's extension rings first and, when answered, the number is dialled.
What you need
- Salesforce Enterprise, Unlimited or Performance edition.
- A Mensatek account. Each account connects to a single Salesforce org: if you connect another one, the previous one is disconnected.
- What each channel requires, the same as from the panel: a sender for SMS, a validated domain for email, approved templates for WhatsApp and RCS, and a voice number for calls.
- A team that works in Spanish: the integration's screens inside Salesforce are currently available in Spanish only.
What it costs
Sends are paid with your account's credits, the same as from the panel and with one balance for every channel: see the pricing page for details. For the installation, tell us about your case.
