At Mensatek we want anyone to be able to find information, sign up and ask for help on this website, whether or not they use assistive technologies. This page explains which accessibility level the website meets, which features make it easier to use, how to make the most of them and how to tell us if something does not work as it should.
Conformance level
Our reference is the European standard EN 301 549 V4.1.1 (September 2026), which sets the accessibility requirements for digital products and services. For web pages, meeting this standard is equivalent to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Scope. This information covers the public website www.mensatek.com, in Spanish and English.
Accessibility features of the website
- Skip to content. Pressing the Tab key as soon as you open any page reveals a “Skip to main content” link, so you do not have to go through the whole menu.
- Full keyboard use. Links, menus, buttons and forms work with the keyboard, and the selected element is marked with a clearly visible blue outline. The top menu, which stays fixed as you scroll, does not cover the selected element.
- Clear structure. Every page has a single main heading, headings in order and identified regions (header, menu, main content and footer), so screen readers can jump straight to each part.
- Described images. Images that carry information have alternative text, and decorative icons are hidden from screen readers to avoid noise.
- Sufficient contrast. Text and controls meet the colour contrast required at level AA, and links within text are underlined so they do not rely on colour alone.
- Resizable text and responsive design. You can zoom the page up to 400% or use it on screens 320 pixels wide without losing content or scrolling sideways. Comparison tables scroll inside their own box.
- Less motion. If you have turned on the reduce motion setting on your device, the website switches off its reveal animations and smooth scrolling.
- Identified language. Every page declares its language so screen readers pronounce it correctly, and most pages are available in English.
- Guided forms. Every field has a label, errors are explained in text rather than by colour alone, and messages are announced to screen readers. The verification code we send by SMS can be pasted in one go or filled in by your phone's autofill.
How to use these features
- Zoom in or out: Ctrl and + or Ctrl and − on Windows and Linux; Cmd and + or Cmd and − on Mac; on a phone, pinch the screen. Ctrl 0 (Cmd 0 on Mac) returns to normal size.
- Move around with the keyboard: Tab moves to the next element and Shift + Tab goes back. Enter opens links and buttons, and the space bar ticks checkboxes. Drop-down menus open with Enter and close with Esc.
- Reduce motion: on Windows 11, Settings › Accessibility › Visual effects › Animation effects; on Mac, System Settings › Accessibility › Display › Reduce motion; on iPhone and iPad, Settings › Accessibility › Motion › Reduce Motion; on Android, Settings › Accessibility › Remove animations (the name may vary by manufacturer).
- Screen readers: the website is built with standard HTML to work with the usual desktop and mobile screen readers. Use your screen reader's shortcuts to jump between headings, regions or links.
