Virtual Phone System with AI

The phone system that understands your callers.

No more "press 1": your customer says what they need and the call goes where it should. Keep your existing number, let your team answer from the browser, the app or a softphone, and let an AI reply with your business's own information.

What other systems don't have

A phone system that works,
not one that keeps people waiting

The menu without a menu

Instead of reciting options, it asks and understands: callers speak in their own words and reach the right person. By name too: "Ana, please".

An AI that knows your business

The same assistant you train for chat and WhatsApp, answering the phone: it keeps replies short, respects turns and, if it says it will transfer you, the call is really transferred.

The agent's three phones

The browser with nothing to install, the app that rings with the phone locked, or the usual softphone. All three at once if needed: whoever picks up first takes the call.

Smart voicemail

It doesn't leave you an audio and good luck: it converses, asks the reason and a contact, transcribes it and emails you the message in writing with the audio attached.

No call lost in silence

The one nobody picks up reaches you by email and phone alert, with who called, how long they waited and what they said they wanted. Return it with one click.

Start today, port later

Point the number you have at another carrier here and try the system thoroughly. When it convinces you, we handle the porting — digitally signed, nothing to print.

Only here

Your system decides
every call

Before any phone rings, we ask you: your ERP or CRM receives the caller's number and replies what to do — route them to their technician, greet them by name, read out their order status, or apply a complete scenario you saved with one click.

The card travels with the call

The agent answers seeing who calls, their company and your CRM note: "VIP · €12,480 billed".

Saved scenarios

Configure once with the mouse —greeting, menu, group, voicemail— and your server requests it by name.

Knows why they're calling

What the customer told the menu travels to the agent's phone: nobody asks twice.

API and webhooks

Launch calls, check results and hear about every event in your own systems.

Plus everything you expect

A complete phone system, no fine print

Ring groups and queue

"Sales", "Support"… everyone rings at once or in order, with hold music, periodic announcements and even an agent's personal mobile as the last resort.

Warm transfers

Blind or attended: consult your colleague while the customer hears music, and cancel and take the call back if they can't help.

Supervision for training

Listen to a live call, whisper to your agent without the customer hearing, or join the conversation. Ideal for training newcomers.

Recording and survey

Recording per number or per extension, billed per recorded minute, and a 1-to-5 satisfaction survey at the end of every answered call.

Statistics that answer questions

Answered and missed by day, hour and extension, waiting time of missed calls and each agent's average rating: discover that every Tuesday at 10 three calls get away.

Presence, pauses and contacts

Each agent marks whether they're available; on pause they don't ring in groups. And the shared address book makes calls arrive with a name, not a number.

Getting started

Up and running in one morning

1

Connect your number

Get a new one in minutes, bring yours by porting (we handle it with digital signing) or point the one you have at another carrier here today, with no waiting.

2

Set up call reception

Schedule and holidays, a greeting in your voice or read aloud, and where each call goes: an extension, a group, the intent menu or the AI assistant.

3

Your team answers anywhere

Each person with their extension, on the browser, the mobile app or their softphone. Call your number from your phone: if it rings where you expected, the rest is adding.

FAQ

Your questions, answered

Yes, in two ways: today, by pointing the number you have at another carrier towards the system (its calls come in exactly the same, with menus, AI and extensions); and permanently through porting, which we manage end to end with digital signing and no service cut on switch day.

Nothing, if they don't want to: the browser phone works by opening the panel and allowing the microphone. Whoever isn't at a desk uses the mobile app, which rings like a normal call with the phone locked. And whoever already has a softphone or IP desk phone connects it with their credentials. All three can ring at once.

From your documents (pricing, terms, manuals), your website and your instructions. It's the same assistant you train for chat and WhatsApp: teach it once and it serves all three channels. Our advice: release it in phases — first outside opening hours, then the front line once it convinces you.

Calls are paid with the same credits as the rest of the services, and before spending anything the simulator shows you the price per country and number type at your rate. Internal calls between extensions are free. Spanish and Portuguese geographic numbers start at €5/month (or €60 a year in advance, with free setup). The AI assistant and recording are billed per minute, itemised.

Yes: you can connect your numbers directly to your own SIP PBX by entering its address, and decide number by number which ones your PBX manages and which ones Mensatek's system handles with its menus, AI and extensions.
